2. The loss site will be documented and reviewed with you and your questions and concerns will be addressed.
3. We will pre-test to see what can be restored and what methods to use.
4. The scope of the project will be communicated to you and your adjuster if a claim has been filed.
5. The structure and contents will be cleaned and restored by a SERVPRO® Professional.
6. A final walk-through will be conducted to ensure your satisfaction.
